Customer service at the office is superb. Everyone is very kind and timely. Dr. Freeman is so caring and very knowledgeable about your dental work. I love the way the dentist and his assistant communicate. Professional and very polite to each other. The overall atmosphere of the office is wonderful and very clean.

Fears assauged I haven't been to the dentist in years due to fears and anxieties. Every single person I encountered at Brilliant has treated me with respect and not pity, made me laugh out of happiness and not nervousness, and made me feel like everything was genuinely going to be okay. As far as I can tell, Dr. Freeman is an angel and I can't wait to continue coming back to this office.
