Purchased 2 incredible knives a couple years back. Great advice from staff. Came back recently to have them sharpened alongside knives which I’d purchased elsewhere. Payment was taken before they were sharpened and a tip screen appeared with the staff watching what percentage I chose. I personally don’t believe in tipping until after a service has been completed so I did select “no tip”. Knives were not sharpened properly and using my whetstone at home was far far superior. I got 2 knifes sharpened and bought one while I was there. The prices are great and the work is very high quality. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I will definitely be back.

They were very easy to work with. I massive dropped off 12-15 knives and even though their sharpener was on vacation, they still put me as priority and it only took 3 days! My entirely mid knives were sharp as heck and there was no judgement on my choice in cutlery. I even got a discount from Mr. Jackson. Really great craftsmanship and customer service. I definitely recommend.
My knifes of 15 plus years came back brand new!!
