Had bought a japanese carving knife from them about 10 years ago nd love it. Returned to the DMV and went back to this place. Ryan is awesome. Just bought three incredible japanese knives from him. He showed me his preferred options gave me detailed explanation of why and guided me through the process. Very unique gem in Union Market.
