I’ve been patronizing DC for years, always the ARL store, and I’ve gotten solid customer service each time.
Rude service. High prices. Low quality, lo resolution scanning. Staffer made clear he knew everything and I was interrupting him with stupid questions that turned out to be not so stupid.
Plenty of stuff on the shelf .
