My experience with the Victims of Advocacy department has been beyond terrible! Supervisor is dismissive and rude, blames other departments for their lack of communications. There is no advocacy here, in contrary, they make the victims beg for help. I wonder how many victims are in our county that have been neglected and belittled by this office. We have had a case open for 4 months and have had to hound them for information. Its disheartening that this office blatantly does not care for their victims.
