District 96 was the light at the end of the tunnel after a hard hike at Bear Mountain—and it did not disappoint. We came in tired, hungry, and slightly questioning our life choices, and this place brought us right back to life. The food hit every single spot just like I hoped it would. Everything tasted even better because we earned it, but honestly it would’ve been great even without the hike as an excuse. Comforting, satisfying, and exactly what we needed in that moment. Perfect post-hike reward. I’d 100% go back.
Great burgers to go with large selection of craft beer.
Beers were fine. Our server was visibly high though so he had no idea what we were saying. (This review doesn’t include the quality of the food but it did look good)
Best Burgers in New City Hands down. Sara's is one of the best bartenders here. She has great recommendations of beers and very knowledgeable. Ten out of ten definitely recommended.
