I asked to get my hair lightened again where I had put an ash blonde on my roots and accidentally turned orange weeks ago. “The color specialist “ way over processed the area. Then ripped through my hair with a round brush and blow dryer and as we watched little fragments of my blond hair the size of little feathers you’d see come from a down comforter floating around us! Nina took the place of my usual stylist and she did an awesome hob with cut and blow!
I moved from the area and stopped going to 308. After 3 failed salon trip to color my hair I returned to 308. Im never leaving them. 10/10
