Andy at the front desk is a REAL MVP!!! We had a misshap in our room and he was so professional! He handled it all so well. The pool is out of order due to being filled. That should be fixed next week. 6/23/25 Thank you Andy for the awesome stay! You can't help what happened about you and your GM made it right! I look forward to our next stay! Kentucky family.

I post good and bad reviews for others use. This hotel is under construction. It was overbooked when we came. Our door wouldn't open or shut. We were shown a different room that was incomplete and HOT. When we asked for a refund, the manager Randy Brown and his associate Andy were both OUTRIGHT DISINGENUOUS about both the process and the cancelation. While in the lobby, we spoke to FIVE other unhappy guests with complaints ranging from unclean rooms to non functioning amenities. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There is no desire ... read more
