Our stay was great although they didnt served breakfast because of all the renovation going on ,but im glad they are updating the place to better serve the customers.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! This place was a joke, scam, and the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. I’d never expect the treatment we got at a hotel. 1) we felt unsafe - the doors would not latch and they tried to lie to us and tell us they do. Thy gave us a new room but it was - 2) it was DISGUSTING. Dirty floors, dirty shower ( with used stuff in it) and COCKROACHES! 🤮 3) keys didn’t work. 4) they were under construction and blamed everything on that. LET ME START THIS CONVERSATION BY SAYING... I miss the old District 3 it was the nicest middle class semi affordable hotel north of i24 in Chattanooga... We have been coming for the last 4-5 years for an event. But nonetheless this was my 2025 District 3 Hotel Experience. Booked through Expedia (no note of renovation, no note of lack of amenities such as Continental breakfast...) Although they are renovating, the hotel is nice and clean and our room (renovated) is very nice. Friendly front desk staff.
Currently under construction but the new rooms are fantastic!
