Pre-show dinner. The falafel appetizer was fantastic with just the right amount of spices, not bland like some. Mahi Mahi entree was delicious with the creamy polenta. Wife's Sea Bass (barramundi) was equally tasty. Wife loved the Mint Kiss after meal drink. My French Press was okay, a bit weak. Sevice was exceptional for the entire meal.
Great service from Brae. Food really fresh. Seafood Israeli Couscous excellent!
They got a chandelier! that's cute. And of course Starbucks is there. Yay!!
I have been here twice. Each time the food was delicious & the service very good! Both times I have eaten here have been before going to the theatre. Our food came out quickly each time leaving us plenty of time to eat & get to theatre. I thought they had generous portion sizes too. Last night we ate on the patio. The patio is right near the alley but with the nice landscaping you don't even notice. For a large glass of wine & entree my bill was around $32. Very reasonable! I highly recommend District!
We have had great service every time. We have a theater subscription and this is a gem of a place to eat! The food is thoughtfully curated and the staff is well educated. The bar is well stocked and staff comes up with great wine and drink pairings. We are on our way there tonight, celebrating career and Anniversary.
Excellent food and service. My husband had a dish he was not happy with and they graciously replaced it with the teriyaki brisket that he loved. I had the Herbed Barramundi and was exceptional. *****
