I’ve been wearing contact lenses, glasses since I’ve been 11 I am now 30. I left today paying for a “premium contact lense fitting” out of pocket cost me $90 rather than my usual $40 STANDARD contact lense fitting. Exceptional service. They take the time to explain every process of the exams. They will answer all your questions as thoroughly as possible. With so many options out there, their customer service and honest advice makes them stand out. Definitely recommend!
I switched doctors and I’m glad I did. They are so easy to talk and very thorough with the eye exam. The option to order your contacts/ glasses with them on the same day is a huge plus! I personally liked how comfortable they made it for my mom.
I’ve been to many eye drs and vision centers over the years and this is by far the best place I’ve ever been to - the drs are professional, nice and the prices on glasses and contacts are extremely good! The entire staff are very helpful and beyond!
Excellent customer service! Even when there were issues with my glasses (was not their fault) they did everything possible to make it right. I love this office, they make you feel comfortable and help you understand any health concern you have. They also helped me make a decision on my glasses and contacts based on what was cheapest financially. By far the best service I have had and I have been wearing glasses/ contacts for 15 years.
The Doctors are easy to talk to and make you feel at ease asking questions and getting clarification.
