I had HID headlights installed in my car last year and this year one of the headlights went out twice. They replaced the bulb once and when I called to let them know it was out again, they gave me a loaner car, so I could get to work, and kept it overnight. They placed new components in it and sealed it up! I never felt like I was a bother for having to bring it in for warranty work either.
