Great place for a mens pedicure.
I’ve visited this nail salon several times over the years, hoping for a better experience each time. Unfortunately, the results have been consistently disappointing — my nails typically last only about a week to a week and a half before they begin to lift or fall off. I’ve tried both acrylic with gel and dip powder, but the durability has remained the same. I appreciate the effort of the staff, but the quality of the application hasn’t met expectations.
I had been getting mani/pedis here regularly for about a year - until yesterday - with no problem. After calling a couple of weeks in advance and making an appointment with a particular tech, when I arrived (on time) I was told that there was no record of this. I took an available tech. No feeble apology from the manager or the technician. I felt invisible. I asked my regular technician to make my next appointment, but she never offered to do that. Such poor customer service.
