We live in a 1952 barn that we converted into a home. High winds in our area caused us to replace our roof twice in 30 years so we decided it was time to look at other options. We had them replace our main roof (slate) in 2019 and the front porch and addition (asphalt) in 2020. The addition included replacing 3 skylights. They also replaced the gutters on the main roof and front porch. Both jobs were done with excellent craftsmanship, courtesy and cleanliness. They also finished in a timely manner despite weather issues. Top-notch all around. We will hire them again if we decide to add on to our house.

In October 2020, Distinctive Metal Roofing installed a standing seam metal roof on our home, including new gutters, downspouts, and fascia. Although they were not the lowest bidder on the project, you clearly get what you pay for when it comes to an investment as important as a roof. We got quotes from a couple contractors and they were all about the same. Once we met with Bruce to learn more about how they do business, areas of concern, etc, he gave us some addresses of homes to go see their work. These absolutely sealed the deal for us. Distinctive Metal Roofing did a complete tear-off of our roof and replaced it with a stamped metal shingle-style roof, replaced the ridge vent, installed cast aluminum snow blocks over the garage and front door, and replaced all of our gutters.
