We had a wonderful experience with Distinctive Mantels. Joey was awesome to work with. He helped us with every aspect of the design phase and was very patient with all of our questions. The install team was great too. We love our new Fireplace! The customer service they provide is 5 stars. I highly recommend this company!
The team at Distinctive Mantel Designs was great to work with on our new fireplace and stone mantel. First of all, they really know their fireplaces…more knowledge than I found with any other retailer. And I’m technically-oriented, so the “specs” were important to us. I needed a new mantel for our Livingroom. I went to a well known fireplace store and they highly recommended distinctive mantels. I contacted them and Joey was amazing to work with. He came out and consulted with me and really made an effort to get exactly what I wanted. They delivered and installed it after it was finished. I am so happy with our mantel. It is beautiful. Thank you Joey.
