I have done a substantial amount of business with this company over the last 15 years while renovating 2 homes. I feel there's been a substantial decline in service especially in the last couple of years. Issues include very long lead times, errors in fabrication, mediocre installations and lack of friendly customer service. We had a very unique situation in creating an outdoor eating space at our motorcoach lot in Hilton head. We had a very specific idea in mind to fit the bill. Tabetha worked with us to develop our idea from conception into the perfect finish! Her understanding of operational procedures within the company allowed us to fabricate a very custom table that fit like a glove. Her communication throughout the process was accurate and most pleasant. Everything about Distinctive Granite was five star from start to finish!

We worked with Courtney at Distinctive Granite & Marble. She was wonderful to assist us with all we had to work on, and was most attentive to the specifications of our request. We had granite placed in 5 sections of our condo - the kitchen, wet bar, two bathrooms, and a built-in dresser. The granite looks amazing! A small pocket of excellence in the low country. I live in Atlanta and have a small short term rental condo in Hilton head Island South Carolina. We worked with Courtney, but everyone was helpful and friendly. Everything was timely and the communication was great. The installers were great as well. I would strongly recommend for counter tops.
