Thank you for taking the time to do X-rays on a tooth that was very sensitive. Turns out it was cracked. The Assistant and the doctor were very patient with me as I have extremely sensitive teeth, due to my condition. They allow me to have several breaks in between. You don't know how I appreciate your kindness.
They always accommodate my schedule and make going to the dentist as fun as can be.
I really appreciate the integrity of the appointments. I'm never left waiting. At my scheduled time I am brought back. Everyone is incredibly warm and professional, and the staff show a great deal of empathy. I'm never left feeling confused or uninformed, nor am I pressured into unnecessary work. Its nice knowing that a dentist visit doesn't have to be traumatic.
