This is a wonderful, small business that cares about their tenants. They have a dedicated team for maintenance, all of whom are friendly and personable. Personally, the homeowner of my rental property and the property manager helped me get out of a dangerous situation at one of their properties and quickly into another. The properties retain their old charm with warmly updated interiors. I can't recommend this company enough.

Cut my water off for no reason and they have no one employed to answer emergency calls. Any need from maintenance is met with hostility. They will not send an actual plumber, electrician, or exterminator to their properties – instead, they send a handyman with a toolbox or bug spray.
I have resided in an apartment with one of the properties this company owns for 13 years in which in my time has not been favorable. Initially, I was told that they will renovate my apartment, which I was relieved, however I had to move into the unit with the apartment manager while my apartment was to be renovated. However over time, I often asked when will I be able to move into another unit. Often told by the apartment manager something as to why I can't move.
