After my family and I used Dr. Cortez /Distinctive Dentistry for over a decade, I have thrown in the towel. Dr. Cortez said that I needed a root canal and was told I was fully insured for it. Dr. Cortez however after 2 hours, could not successfully perform the root canal. The office staff told me that I owed $350, which I paid.
