They destroyed my paint with bleach and never repaired and threatened to take my house and child when i wouldnt pay.

On Sunday May 31st 2015 My fiance witnessed a white van pull up to the side of my home and use my hose spigot with a hose from their van for about an hour. On the side it said Professional and Thorough Carpet and Upholstery cleaning but had no company name or number. She got a picture of the hose being run through our yard and of the vans license plate. They were cheap, but didn't do a great job and put a hole in the wall taking their carpet cleaner up the steps

I bought a Crowd Cut and the cleaning did occur, unlike for other reviews I've seen. They did an average job compared to other cleaning services I've had. The reason for the low rating is that they have now fraudulently charged my credit card for a service they did not perform. I have twice called and been told it was their error and the money would be credited to my card within 5-7 business days. It has been close to a month and the money has not been returned to me.

Distinctive Cleaning has a wonderful program that offers complimentary cleaning service to those struggling through chemotherapy. What a fantastic offering. My family had reached out and Jennifer was very quick to reply and get our home on their schedule. The ladies came out and were 5 minutes early to the scheduled appointment and did a great job with our home. We were very much appreciative! We recommend the folks from Distinctive Cleaning, you'll be happy w them!
