I called the company and explained that I was looking for someone to remove 4 partial tiles from my downstairs and replace them with 6 new tiles. I also explained that I only had 8 tiles to do the job. Steve said that he could do the job for $275. A date was picked and his tile installer came 11/8/16. The installer went to Home Depot to purchase the materials and made me pay over the phone with my credit card. The installer returned, removed the 4 partial tiles and installed the 7.
