I worked with Sherry and had an excellent experience. I first met with her in their showroom where she explained/showed me all of my options and price points. Once I narrowed in on my general plan, she came to my house in San Francisco (w/ samples in hand) and measured my kitchen. A couple of days later I met with her at the showroom again and she presented drawings and renderings which was really fun because I got to sit with her while she made my requested edits.
