BMW X7 M50i - rear end was struck in a parking lot causing 20k in damage to both tailgates and bumpers. The X7 was parked and unoccupied; still waiting on ICBC to waive my liability. Porsche 911. Hit a deer. Provided excellent service. Recognized the importance of the car to me. Very good paint. Managed ICBC and insulated me from administrative headaches. Used OEM parts. Went the extra mile in customer satisfaction- Manager Matt was always informed and hands on. Matt met me on drop-off and on pick-up and introduced me to John, who was managing the repair.
