BMW X7 M50i - rear end was struck in a parking lot causing 20k in damage to both tailgates and bumpers. The X7 was parked and unoccupied; still waiting on ICBC to waive my liability. Went the extra mile in customer satisfaction- Manager Matt was always informed and hands on. Matt met me on drop-off and on pick-up and introduced me to John, who was managing the repair. Mark is excellent. He helped me figure out my insurance plan from Calgary, which was a nightmare. He naturally puts the customer first which rarely happens these days.
