Went the extra mile in customer satisfaction- Manager Matt was always informed and hands on. Matt met me on drop-off and on pick-up and introduced me to John, who was managing the repair. Mark is excellent. He helped me figure out my insurance plan from Calgary, which was a nightmare. He naturally puts the customer first which rarely happens these days. My BMW looks like it’s new from the factory. Great quality of work and attention to detail. Highly recommend Craftsmanship Collision Colwood to anyone seeking the best service and quality of work.
