We were interested in a home listed by Inna, we liked that home but the square feet of the house listed as 2700 sq ft while on county website its 2442 sq feet, Me and my agent measured the house and it came close to 2442 sq feet, after giving them our calculations and pushing hard on actual numbers they just said owner measured it and came up with this imaginary number with no calculations, We told them that we are interested but they need to get the house measured from certified agency finally they came up and said that hou... read more
