I would not recommend this his property management, they lie regarding violations, they either approve of or are slumlords them selves, they hire VERY unprofessional staff, they give illegal notices and they will try to bully you until they get what they want. They presume to know what is going on in the be Hill Billy RV Park. They live 30 miles away. They do nothing to improve but they make sure to raise the rent. They try to illegally evict people. Pretty much horrible people. They have no clue!
They have no clue what a contract means. Taking them to court again. Some of the people who are part of this company love to bully. Idiot's!!!!!
The worst property management ever. They have no clue. I have to sue them.
