It’s a family run business, that started in a basement in 1919. and still strives to provide quality service, using the most up to date equipment. It has a history, and a personal touch that you can trust.
They lost my wedding dress! Lied about it for months and barely did anything to find it until I had been arguing with them for months. Had to fight for compensation and the owner was rude about it. Will never take anything there again.
Thank you for making my day! I forgot to pick up a special blouse for my daughter's first birthday party. Both the owner and an employee where incredibly understanding, returned my call, and met me on a Sunday so I could get it in time for the party! Great customer service!
