It was a 6 minute walk from the elevator to the room. We had a corner room and seen very little animals.
Ate at the restaurant. It was awesome!!
Seeing the animals from my balcony is a great wat to wake up. Pool area is spacious.
This was our third visit at AKL. The last two visits were great. This recent visit was a just ridiculous. We had to wait to check in our room due to a housekeeping/maintenance issue. However, the reason changed several times. We heard that the paint wasn’t quite dry. To the service desk saying that they were trying to locate the lead person to get an update. It was just ridiculous. It was basically the run around. I feel like someone dropped the ball. I do enjoy visiting AKL but we will not be returning anytime soon.
