They are terrible don’t fix anything and when my bf moved in his apt he let them know he found bedbugs they did one treatment an never did anymore house was infested with bed bugs and when he moved they charged him ridiculous charges including for the bed begs which where there when he moved in he’s actually in the process of suing these slum lords Don not rent from these crooks!!
I'm convinced this company is racist! Not only is there not 1 satisfied African-American tenant/customer on here! I applied to them, for some reason one of the ladies assumed without even searching thru my application I was a SINGLE mother....1st of all LADY I'm married. I had a negative vibe the entire time in the office, then I call for follow ups....I get sarcastic tones and well still processing it! So we get declined. If i could rate for 0 i would i have been renting from Disney for 2 years paid 1800 to move in House had to get carpet clean on own had to buy new stove and frig cuz they would not replace the frig was molded and the stove had lots or roaches in there they don’t fix anything had to get peopleto come out and look at it on my own and i have 30 days notice clean the house really good the next day i moved out they had a go rent sign in the yard and they took my whole deposit so i will be talking to a lawyer and will be taking th... read more
I DO NOT recommend Disney Properties at all. We have had a very poor experience with them. They have allowed construction workers to steal our electricity through the outdoor plugs and have not asked them to stop and refused to reimburse us in any way. They have also lied about replacing fixtures in the house from the previous renters, but still charged full price. Nail holes have been considered a "pricey" thing to fix after move out. Not very understanding at all, very hard to work with, overall disappointing and very poor communication. At least the house is decent... Although the rooms still aren't finished.
We have rented from Disney Properties for 7 years now. We have a very nice house (it was brand new when we moved in). I have never had a problem that was not handled in a timely manner. We had some personal issues come up and they were very understanding and helped us where they could. We are not constantly being bothered by them unlike apartments where they change rules or this or that keeps changing, we have never ever been bothered from Disney Properties.
