Good food, great wine, really pleasant staff
Chef Joanne and her dedicated team have made each visit a memorable one; the dedication to complex tastes and nuanced flavors in thoughtful food preparation is evident throughout, whether it be for a quick happy hour bite, drinks and appetizers, or a full, layered meal in the dining room. A Palm Springs gem!
Dish is amazing! If you are in the Palm Springs area you have to try it! Joane is an amazing and welcoming chef. She will surprise and delight you with amuse-bouches (small appetizers). Joane likes to come out and talk to her patrons. The service is impeccable. The atmosphere is modern and cozy. Invite your friends over to Dish and you are going to win some easy brownie points :-)
It was an adventure of flavor. Between the appetizer, the amuse boushe, and the entrees, it was almost too much for the senses. A must for me and the SO on some kind of anniversary.
