I was here with a party of 11 for Easter Brunch. The reservation was for an outside table at 1 PM. We were told the table was not ready so we stood outside by the bar and waited. There was a large empty table outside the entire time we were there and they seated us at that very table half an hour late. OK bad start. After getting a seat the service only got worse. Five star menu food quality originality along with outstanding service and atmosphere.
If there was a way to not put a STAR at all, I would select that option. I have never been here before but heard alot about it & decided to host a birthday dinner at this location. I called ahead of time to get all the information & rules & to make a reservation for a group of 25 people. The manager Constance Crouch takes my reservation weeks before. She fails to tell me that a party over 12 have to do a $30 min per person and that they need a credit card on file to hold it and by the way they will charge your card $100 if y... read more
We've been there a few times because our friends wanted to meet there. There food is extremely overpriced and salty. We sent one dish back, and the chef was offended. We went with multiple couples one time, and the service was lousy. We complained to the manager, and he was apologetic.
