Dr. Jason Dodge is amazing!!! He’s patient, informative, and very friendly. I’ve never felt rushed, he always takes his time. Also, I’ve never had to wait very long for my appointment. The receptionist has been great too, friendly and professional.
I have been going to this place for about 2+ years and I must say the experience every time is just terrible. Even with an appointment your average wait times are always for some reason over 45+ minutes which defeats the entire purpose of setting up an appointment in the first place. A few days ago I walked-in to get my TDAP vaccine (for pregnant women) and prior to my walk-in I initially called in to ensure they can administer this vaccine as well as have it in stock. Dr. Dodge One of the best doctors that I met in my life. His depth of knowledge and expertise is evident in every interaction. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes sure his patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Not only is he highly skilled, but he is also incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I feel very fortunate to be under his care!
This place has a very bad attitude of the staff towards patients ! The laboratory staff is not competent. They don't know how to draw blood for any tests ! After the first time, I turned a blind eye. But when it is not the first time, I will not keep silent . In my referral for the tests is written clarification from the doctor, how to conduct this tests!
