Everyone is amazing and so sweet except the recepcionist absolutely hates her job and is 100% unhelpful

I have had an amazing experience at Anew Era for both psychiatry and TMS (2 rounds). Marissa, the TMS technician, is professional, caring, attentive, and understanding. She makes the technical process seamless but you can tell she really cares for her patients and their overall health. I was assigned to a therapist and there were glitches in the telehealth internet. After an hour of discussing the traumatic events I experienced, the therapist told me he was no longer working with this company and would reassign me to someone else. Really disappointed in the lack of communication up front, and embarassed to have opened up to someone and in return feel dismissed. I still have yet to be contacted by Anew Era in regards to moving forward/ finding a new therapist.
Had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Anew Era. It was my goal for the summer to focus on my mental health. Initially my only interest was on the psychiatry element of the office. After visiting I was suggested to add TMS to my treatment and Im glad I did. Marissa was the technician who I saw everyday for 2 months.
