Josh (general inspection and sewer scope) and Landon (radon test) were thorough and excellent at explaining what they saw and its implications for maintenance. Their reports were clear, and both were willing to answer subsequent questions via email in the days after the inspection. Josh even took the time to revise his initial assessment of the sewer scope after reviewing the video.
