We’re so glad we chose David for our new construction home inspection. He was incredibly thorough and caught several issues that we would have never noticed ourselves. Knowing he took the time to really go through our home gave us so much peace of mind before closing. We truly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. We had such a great experience and would highly recommend David to anyone!

Earl and the Discovery Inspection Services team were fantastic to work with for our home inspection. Earl was thorough and detailed, and took time to thoroughly explain the findings to us. He was timely, had great attention to detail, and was easy to talk to. Definitely would recommend!

David has been absolutely wonderful! I am working on a home purchase and am so grateful for the home inspection services. Honest, very professional and neutral to both the sellers and myself. We regularly purchase properties and I will definitely be using Discovery again!

Outstanding, very helpful and informative. Spent time showing me how to maintain equipment in the crawl space.

Excellent service & customer service too. Preston Eakes was our home inspector and he helped our process to go smoothly. He was communicative prior to our initial appointment, was very punctual the day of the appointment & was super detailed oriented during the inspection. He went above and beyond for us during and even after our inspection. His inspection report was great, he took a lot of pictures and listed everything well explauned. We highly recommend his services. Thank you Preston!!
