David was very thorough and detailed with our inspection. He explained everything, and was sure to alert me of anything questionable or wrong. He was up to date with code requirements, and again explained everything proficient. We had used Hometeam in the past and they weren’t bad, but based on Davids knowledge and expertise I will be using him for any future properties. Thank you guys!

I highly recommend Preston as your inspector! He really takes his time to thoroughly check for any issues. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I also learned a few things from him, and he gave me a few tips on what to look into when doing HVAC maintenance. He really enjoys his job and is really passionate about it! You will not go wrong with him!
