After some issues weren't resolved after several months of living here I called Corporate. Within a few day the manager got ahold of me asking why I called and actually asked if I would just come to her with any issues. This is so uncalled for. Kids run ramped there. Like wild animals. Just very destructive, no appreciation for anything. They are mean, hateful, ungrateful, and have no respect for themselves or others living in close quarters. Kids there pull all the plants, flowers, bushes and trees. They then throw it all over the sidewalks. There are cups and food wrappers all over the common turf/picnic area. Lets move on to the nonobediant dogs here. Dogs bark continuously. Please do your research, ask residents, everyone. Get everything in writing, dont trust verbal conversations. I have lived here and it is not good. We have all sorts of issues with noise, we were told theres nothing anyone can do to the upstairs neighbors for walking loud. Barking dogs all hours of days and nights. The kids run all over and the clubhouse is totally out of control with children. They use profanity and fight everywhere here. They have even broken pool sticks, the seating in the movie theate.
