Discovery Green is an awesome place to hold Charity functions. This is the second year that I have participated in a 5K walk here. I love taking part in functions like this. Hopefully we can get a Lung Force Walk to come to Houston and we can have a good turn out for that as well.
Great area for families day or night! We have gone to several events at discovery green including the fireworks for the 4th of July, the NFL Experiernce and the Cirque event if not for the kids to play in the water. Always have a great time! Parking can be pricey during an event but we found parking for $5 at a secured garage across the street from the park.
I think Discovery Green needs to give out free food and drinks. When I was working I always supported this park by purchasing items from the cafe. I am at this park everyday and I do not think it is right. The park wants people support but never wants to give any one any thing.
It's a great family environment 😉😉😉 The kids love it 😍 n best of all its pet friendly

Been going to the Thursday concert series since it's beginning. This run is one of the best ever and will hate to see it end.
