I think the lack of creativity the Discovery Green Conservancy showed when dealing with the Novel situation calls into question their ability to manage the park. I liked the park when I was there but a slight increase in foot traffic was enough to send them into a tizzy. This might have gone overlooked if this hadn't made it painfully obvious that they're lacking as custodians. We Houstonians should really look in detail at how they are managing things.
