I don't feel as though Lauren genuinely cared about helping me. I've been charged over $300 - $160 for a "no show" where I was supposed to have a reminder sent about the appointment but it never was, and another $160 for the first appointment - which isn't an hour, it's 45 minutes. And if it's your first time before they see you you have several pages of paperwork to fill out - so get there 15 min early or that cuts into your time as well.
