Thinking of moving here, DONT. NO maintenance. Dogs unrestrained; owners allow dogs to drop where others live and walk away. Community rules mean nothing more than price of paper they’re written on. I’ve been paying for a garage go almost a year, 10 months, can’t access. Request fixing in May; all they did was close maintenance request as having been done; now want me to submit another request although first not done.
