When we moved into the rental from Discovery 1 Realty in 2018 we had to sit through a 45 minute lecture from the lady who owned the company telling us how we would not get back out deposit because there standards were so high. We stepped into a house with dirty and broken miniblinds, a back door that didnt open because the threshold was rotten, a half inch of dust on the ceiling fans, and visible nail repairs because the repaint was flat paint over semi gloss.
