Return policy horrible! They do not care if you are satisfied with the product. The Tzora easy travel is great on flat paved surfaces. Less than ideal surfaces it feels like I'll tip over. I need an extra push on gravel, grass. Forget about ramps that angle bc it won't turn sharp enough. I asked if I could exchange for something else, but cost almost half of the purchase price then I could get stuck with something else that doesn't work. So far, I have had a very negative experience with this company and the AirHawk I ordered from them. The “free” accessories are worthless, thus “free”. The “free” headlight and horn is a cheap, mass produced, Chinese sourced bicycle part they try to convince you fits the AirHawk. WHERE??? The only horizontal tube (I.e., handlebars) to mount this headlight is behind the person sitting in the chair! We purchased the air hawk for $1987. The chair was fine but the footrest does not move out of the way and controls dont fit under a table so we returned it. Although they state shipping is free, when returned there is 20% restocking fee plus an additional $397 for their shipping cost. Add our return shipping of $238 and it cost $870 to test the chair. Be sure its what you want before ordering!

I needed a light-weight scooter for my husband, one that I could put into a truck bed or car trunk, fold up & take on airline.. The companies customer reviews sounded terrific - but I wonder how many are real. I researched pool lifts until I found the Triton Pool lift from Discover Your Mobility. This one fits perfectly in a small space next to the hot tub. It is very well made and powerful. Comes with two batteries, charger, 2 wireless remotes, even an elastic plastic cover for the control box. Customer service here is exceptional. We use this lift at least twice a day for a person with parkinsons. Price is great.

Purchased the EW-46 mobility scooter for my dad I. March 2021, and although hesitated to purchase something like this online I went ahead and made this large purchase of $2649. Anyhow my dad previously had a scooter a Victory 9 but wanted an upgrade. He’s been extremely unhappy and well the website doesn’t provide much information that maybe actually needed for a customer now that is too late for my family. I had a few minor issues to be resolved and their customer service rep Kathy was very friendly and willing to solve my issues. I received replacement parts for ones that were defective and received them in a timely manner. The Air Hawk chair itself is very sturdy and well made. The manual that comes with the chair is useless, but there are on-line videos that are very clear and help immensely. I will order again from this company.
