received my EAGLE HD on June 15 2024, very fast shipping, i have made several purchases from Discover this one is the upgraded model, they do a great job here, always follow up when i call, called Mike today, the chair needed a program update, he walked me through it, its now a little faster, the EAGLE HD is lightweight, folds up for easy loading in my vehicle, i get comments all the time where i got it, 5 STARS HERE.....my thanks to all at this place, and when i need another one, will call them....

I ordered a matrix electric wheelchair and had problems with the company from day one. I never received the 3” cushion or the basket that was supposed to come with it. They said they were back ordered. Also the cup holder doesn’t fit on this model and they said  to use cable ties to keep it on. Really I spent $3000 and they can’t even provide what they advertised. `Recently purchased the Electra 7 hd. WOW what a great wheelchair. so easy to fold and unfold . Very easy to get in and out of the car. Easy to charge and i love the pink color I got. I will most definitely be ordering from Discover Your Mobility again.

I purchased a Pegasus a few months back for my mom who is not able to walk long distances anymore and she was stuck inside her home. I have to say she LOVES it. It was a hard adjustment for her to get used to as she has never used a wheelchair but now - she zooms through the stores like a champ. I love it. I am so grateful for finding this wheelchair - with it being light weight and lithium batteries that charge so quickly. Thank you Discover Your Mobility for giving my mom her life back.

I have had 11 years of heavy use from Tzora Hummer 4 wheel scooters, a Quality product! We used our scooter daily and sometimes would take them to the nearby state park and drive all day. Never ever had problems except it started to get worn where the electric contacts join when you break the scooter down into two parts for hauling. I decided to sell the scooter and order another, this time from Discover My Mobility...Never AGAIN. I just received my Matrix power chair. We watched all the videos before purchase to be sure it would be what I needed. Looked great. The catch, they don't show you in the video is there is no locking mechanism for when you close the chair, when you pick it up it opens. I am a 70n year old handicapped woman & I don't have the strength to be fighting with this chair to get it in my trunk. I find it deceptive that they omitted this very vital issue in their video. I ordered a manual wheelchair online, having bought a power chair from them before. I did not receive email confirmation in 3 days so called to find the status of the order. It took forever with me listening to the service person type. I asked if there was a problem and she immediately blamed the computer. I made a pithy comment to which she attacked me verbally. Just ordered my second eagle HD powerchair, 5 stars for me, the eagle hd is the best chair i have ever owned, lots of power, many miles of full charge, folds up for easy loading and unloading, the price is good for what you get, wanted another one to keep in my truck and the other to ride around my house and visit my neighbors, great job here Mr Mike
