So good! They are always on-time, and it’s an efficient strength training workout in 30 minutes. I’m a total beginner and I’ve gotten so much stronger in just a few months. My daughter (high school student athlete) loves it too. I mix it up with in-person and virtual sessions. 5 stars!
Discover Strength provides a first rate high intensity training experience at an accessible location in DC, not far from GWU.
