I have had chronic neck pain and headaches for years. With help from Dr. Z with chiropractic care and suggested exercises my pain is decreasing and I am experiencing less headaches. I would absolutely recommend his care and guidance!
I had a very painful pinched sciatic nerve for over a month that kept me from walking without misery. After a thorough consultation and only one adjustment with Dr.Z, my pain disappeared and has never returned. His wholistic approach is wonderful, as well as his medical expertise. I have been a patient of Dr. Z for over 4 years. When I first met him, I was unable to look (without pain) over my two shoulders to check for other cars when changing lanes! The exercises he taught me allow me to have an active day without back pain.
Dr.Z is amazing. Very knowledgeable and one of the best chiropractic care I have ever received!
