Dr. AJ! After years and years of regular abuse to my body via baseball, snowboarding, skateboarding... my job as a general contractor, I finally made time to do right for myself and see a chiropractor. I have been going to chiropractors my whole life and Dr AJ is by far the best. He is gentle, he listened to what my back and neck issues were and put me on a plan. He not only adjusts me, but has a home care plan to keep me feeling better. I also have been getting massages before my adjustments and it has made a huge difference! Thank you!!!
I can be pretty negligent to my body sometimes and at a certain point it makes me listen by causing me alot of pain, but AJ always whips me back into shape when I'm not feeling the greatest! I appreciate how much he actually cares and takes the time to explain what I need to do to take care of myself in between adjustments. I also love the fact that they have a masseuse on site and I can get a theraputic massage to losen me up before my adjustments.
