Dr. Bates is wonderful. His staff is very helpful with questions, insurance and scheduling.

They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. Whatever cologne they were wearing was nice, subtle. . It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
