It has been 7 years since I bought a car from Mueen/Mike at Discover Auto Sales, and I have finally rid myself of that piece of garbage. its been a bout a year and a half since i purchased the 2003 honda civic from your lot. its been great car.there have been minor things to fix but all i feel like it was a good value. thank you i feel so blessed to be working with your dealership.
***Update #2 (5/12/2008): Mueen and Ruben B Cotton (a representative of Discover Auto Sales) are obviously going to great lengths to cover up my review on my site. I find it amazing that all of a sudden after my negative review, several people have come on here and posted positive reviews, some specifically pointing out my review calling it false. dont buy a car from this lot..ever.the machanic i think is ellegal and they buy cars from copart which is an salvage yard not a car auction.he tried to sell the rt which is elligal for sale.check it out on carfax
Im a fan, went to discover auto sale and met this sales guy, named mike, he spend much time with us, mike was patient and knowledgeable. best car we ever had. It was in excellent condition and priced below blue book.I ve had 0 problem with the vehicle. If you need a car, I would definitely recommend speaking with him, awesome experience, I will refer all my family and friends to buy a car from him. The time came for me to buy a car all by myself and discover auto made my first buying experience pleasant.
I bought a car from Discover a few years ago. The same week I bought my car I found out that the air and heat did not work on my car. I took it back and told them about it so they "fixed" it, it was not fixed it barely worked. The same year my transmission started going on it. It would jump into reverse and the car started having more and more problems. I soon had to get a new car at a different dealer. Dont believe the negative reviews that some of these people have posted. This dealership is committed to customer satisfaction and makes every attempt to comply with State and Federal laws regarding motor vehicle sales. There have not been any instances where the dealership has been found in violation of the law by any regulatory agency, or that they have failed to respond appropriately to any BBB complaints. Believe it or not, it is legal for a used car dealer in Wisconsin to sell you a car with a major problem. All he has to do is slap on the sticker that the car is being sold "as is" and deny that he knew the car had a problem. He is not required to actually check out things like the engine before selling it. Wisconsin used car regulations are designed to protect the dealer, not the customer.
