I am writing this review, in part, because I cannot understand how a company who is consistently being reviewed negatively can have a good google rating. More importantly I want people to understand that this company is run by people with very poor product knowledge which is the responsibility of the people who own this company. I was apprehensive of buying an online product from a company I had not heard of before. However, the product that I purchased, the delivery, and the customer service that I received, were all excellent.

Purchased spa in Nov./22. Tub began leaking in Dec./23. Called Discounters and told to contact a repair service in New Brunswick (I live in Oshawa). Repair service arrived on Jan. 26/24. They told us part is ordered, and would be in about 2 weeks time. Called repair AGAIN on Feb. 26/24, and AGAIN on Mar. 21/24. Still no repair, and NO contact from Discounters. Really poor service - I give up.
