Recently purchased a sliding glass door with the wrong size screen and they couldn’t even replace it with the correct size. They said I have to order one and purchase it. After using them for years, I won’t be returning.

Really have tried to like this place but the staff are simply terrible!!! Buy numerous windows every week and this has become our last stop .. only if no one else has the product. Terrible
