If I could give negative stars, I would!! I would not recommend Westover Tire. We took my daughter’s car in for new brake pads, rotors, and an inspection. The car had been running fine, but the shop told us it needed a new alternator. Because the estimated repairs would have cost more than the car was worth, we declined the work. After my daughter picked up the car and started driving home, the shop called to say they had left a tool inside the car and had also kept her driver’s license and registration. Can't count the times I've used WT over the last dozen years. Owner (s) and staff are great...very accomodating...seem to always under promise and over deliver. Seem to work on everything including Benz and VW's. Going there again tomorrow....wife had another boo boo...
Amazing people that truly care about their customers. After experiencing an issue after getting my AC fixed, Jeff immediately helped and figured out what happened. He was so helpful in making sure everything was working properly before our trip. Where others would have griped and charged me for new problems, they were happy to find a solution and send me on my way.
Helped me with a wheel/bent rim issue quickly. So thankful for them.
