Was not satisfied with the service provided. We purchased 4 brand new tires with road hazard protection, after 130 miles we experienced a blow out on one of the tires sidewalls. Thinking it would be a covered item due to the purchase of road hazard we took it in, Jay and Jeff provided me with horrible service and told me the tire would be repaired instead of replaced. There are tire diagrams all over the internet that clearly show patchable and non patchable areas on tires and this is 100 percent not a patchable fix. I would... read more

Very pleased with service there today. Flat tire, but was told it was due to leak on rim due to it being bent. But rather than having to replace the rim, their service man was able to bend it back in place. They said his name was Dee. I think that was the name. I'd like to thank him personally for such helpful service beyond the repair of a flat tire.
