Very disappointed with A-Best's service. We (roommate and I) rent a house, and our washer flooded two small rooms, one of which is carpeted. I called after hours (about 8pm) and they sent someone over within about 1.5 hours. He was very considerate and helpful that first meeting. We were told it would take a week total to dry and replace everything needed. It took 4 weeks. Again... two SMALL rooms, only one with carpeting to replace. We were AMAZED at the professionalism by A-Best when we (fortunately) called them late night about a water debacle at our home! From the initial call (when I was informed who would be coming to my house, expected time of arrival, etc...VERY much appreciated, especially given late timing!) through estimate process through completion of work (thankfully with minimal structural disturbance given quick action to get drying process underway immediately!), Ben and his team were astoundingly professional, courteous of our home and ... read more

A-Best gets an A in carpet cleaning! – I purchased a coupon with Groupon, to have my carpet cleaned by A-Best. The technician, was on time, very knowledgable, and made my carpet look awesome. I will call A-Best again to clean my carpet.

Don't Use This Company! – Never will you encounter a more unprofessional group. I would give them zero stars if it were an option. I made an appointment to have carpet cleaned and they rescheduled once, then never showed up to the second appointment we arranged. I was optimistic enough to believe they would show up for the third appointment, but of course not. Don't waste your time!
